From raw material to formulation
A trade fair dedicated to paints and coatings is also a place to ask technical questions. What changes when an ingredient is replaced? Which aspects should be monitored during testing? How can a formulation option be assessed before moving to production? These are questions that call for dialogue between the people developing raw materials and those working directly on formulations.
On 29 October, at Paint & Coatings Italy 2026, Reschem Italia and partner Euromineral gave a presentation focused on precisely this exchange.
Monika Janczyk and Maurizio Rossetti took the stage
The talk, titled “TRUST THE CONTRAST – inbond your JOKER in your paint formulation”, was presented by Monika Janczyk of Euromineral and Maurizio Rossetti of Reschem Italia. The title invited participants to consider the possibilities opened up by choosing and combining different materials.
For coatings professionals, the value of the session lay in hearing two complementary perspectives: that of a specialist familiar with material production, and that of someone who works closely with the needs of laboratories and manufacturers.
